This. 100% This!
I am thrilled to see this here. It may have been here for a while since I don't post daily due to the limited content that I can provide but still cool!
Making people aware of plagiarism is enormous and well needed on all content creation platforms. What can we do next? Keep the warm and welcoming community, give people of like minds a place to feel safe and a part of a tribe.
The book "Tribes" by Seth Godin is what I mean. Let's build a place that makes the users feel like they belong here. Don't worry about the price of SMOKE or how big this site gets. Worry about the users and everything will fall into place at a comfortable speed to allow this site to scale with minimal issues.
This is a great quote that I was mentioned within on the Discord chat:
betgames: ... in my experience it’s always a tough and rough start for a good community/hard working people to get any high visibility recognition. But like @J. R. Swab [@jrswab] mentioned the other day, building slowly is better than building hype.
As @betgames said, it's always tough to build the right tribe because that takes time, energy, and resources. It's our job to show up and create for this site. As far as I'm aware it is the first niche blogging site built on a blockchain; that's super unique and puts SMOKE in a great position!
For those of you blogging here, keep building the tribe and making this place pleasant for all newcomers. If you like to create things with code, like me, then do what you do best. The important thing is that we all show up to do our part as often as we are able.
It is always better to build slowly than to try to build hype. Patience is key.
