Confessions Of A Pipe Freak #12 Stand Still

-Greetings From The Fractal Space-

-I Hope You Are Having A Smokey Day-

What? Did you think it was over? Oh no no no.

If you thought that my pipe collection only came down do those few pipes I showed you until now then you have been greatly mistaken. There is still much you have to learn about my obsession with collecting pipes my dear friends and family from Smoke. I have had this obsession with them since I bought my first pipe. Silver Star. That sleek handiness, compact size (mostly) and that feeling of taking puffs from them. Those are all features of pipes I love about them. There are so many types of them. Going from the old school grampa pipes, metal pipes, glass pipes, aluminium, wooden and even pipes made from bones. There are so many of them that it would be impossible to collect them all. But I wont know untill I dont try. Right?
My obsession has gotten to the point where I have to hold myself back every time I see a pipe I like but am not really in a place to buy at that moment.

You know what I don't like when it happens? I fill up a bowl and take a few tokes then I put my pipe on the table but I'm so high that my pipe falls over and I makes a mess on the table. Or even worse when all my good green stuff inside of it fall out. I hate that feeling. One of the worst things that can happen to me. But with this pipe something like that will not happen. It has as you can see from the photos this stand integrated into it to keep it from falling down and making a mess of your table.

I like the overall shape and design of this pipe a lot. Pretty obvious right? Those of you who know my obsession with them and have followed my series since the beginning know that there is no pipe that is ugly to me. At least I have not seen a pipe that I did not like. Stand Still has a sleek check mark shape which allows it to stand in a perfect position. Right next to the stand is a pink like metal ring which is connected to the stand and comes off when you want to screw the pipe off to clean. After the metal ring comes the stem part which is see-through with really cool blue stripes over it that lead to the moth piece used for inhaling the smoke, both of which can be separated from the ring and each other. The bowl can obviously be removed as well. So in overall you can disassemble the pipe into 5 pieces. The tip of the stem also has a few see-through rings which in my opinion gives it extra character.

Right now this pipe is unused and clean but I have decided to try it out. But since I am out of weed that will have to wait untill I fill up my stash and have something to put inside of it and try out this pretty piece. The name of this piece comes from as always obvious reasons. It can stand still and not fall over and create a mess.

Man you really do like your pipes eh.

I am not a fan of the metal ones at all to smoke out of but this out is pretty good to add to a collection

·

Yes I do. More then breathing. I bought today a 50 euro pipe which I will show soon.

The downside on metal pipes is that the heat up very fast nd the smoke in return gets even more heated up so it does tend to burn more strongly and in some cases people tend to burn their lips if the tip is metal as well.

Yeah, I even find the metal dab to glass dab has a different taste to it. can't wait to see the new pipe.

The Smoke collects a bit of the metal taste in it from the warmed up metal and metal particles.

another cool and cute pipe hehehhe

·

Thank you✌️😎

I love my old pear wood pipe. Don’t think I could smoke from anything else....

·

Old wood pipes are are my favorite aswell. That sleek of holding it and the feel to it. They have character and history to them.

·
·

I have tried glass, metal and a few others and always go back to the pear wood. Stone pipe was pretty cool. But I have dropped my wooden pipe many times and it has never broken or cracked.

They are excellent in comparison to metal ones because when you smoke the metal pipes heat up very fast and the Smoke collects the metal particles and gives it a different taste aswell. The smoke is also hotter and harder on the throat and mouth. In some cases people tend to burn the lips a bit. Wooden pipes are better because they don't change the taste almost at all. Atleast that the feel I get. Both are nature given plants after all.

Exactly my thinking.

Liking the fat base on that one, my standard metal pipes are always tipping over - i'll be watching out for one of these stress free pipes :)

They are excellent if you are a pipe tipper like me. Hahaha happens too often when I smoke.
