Howdy Smokers! I think the reason that it took me so long to write anything about Quantum Kush is that the high was very subtle. This could be good or bad depending on your outlook. Maybe not the greatest for getting blazed to zone out on the weekend, but if you have to be in a meeting then it would be a good one to keep a poker-face with. Just don't look at any funny cat photos and you're good to go.@trees
Makes it a fitting name, Quantum being a very small thing and the head high, for a Sativa, being pretty straight-laced.
I noticed a strong, relaxing body high with this though, so that was nice. Certainly helped with some of the aches of becoming an ancient one.
The buds were light, brittle, airy, which was nice as a change to some of the dense nugs I'd been getting, not that I mind those.
I'm not sure what else to say about it other than I'm pretty satisfied with it and it may be the prequel to 'Prometheus.'
While I was at Reef I picked up a 'High Roller Joint'
Here it is in it's capsule,
Out and free,
They said this is some indica, 1 gram. Notice that custom 'Tryke' tip, other side is 'Raw'.
This was $5, must have a bunch of them going old in the back or something. Seems like a steal compared to the normal gram prices, if you don't mind pre-ground anonymous weed or better yet enjoy joints. Does the gram include the paper and tip? I need scales...and a cheap microscope.
Possible Huge Smoke.io Update Coming?
In my opinion, IPFS checks off all of these desires, and allows us to host images and video!
What will this mean for non-technical users of Smoke.io?
There are a few members of Smoke that may create tools to help the community use this (or some that may already exist), but for the immediate future, you'll hopefully gain a better user experience of the site.
What will this mean for more technical users?
If you choose, you can run an IPFS node and use something like the IPFS google-chrome extension. As you browse around Smoke.io any content hosted on IPFS should get pulled to your node in a cache. Hypothetically this increases the robustness or availability of the file on the network since you become +1 machine hosting that file. Any subsequent reloads of that page should appear as if the file transfer is instantaneous to you (depending on your latency from your node).
This also allows you to host things on IPFS. I plan on giving tutorials on how I go about things, should this actually ever be implemented, and there are pre-existing works from people much smarter than myself.
If this change happens I'll be much more likely to upload videos, I won't have to worry about ads, cross-posting, etc.
