When mainstream blogger, chef, and general lifestyle and health — but not stocks — guru Martha Stewart enters a niche, you know it is time for the niche to be taken serious.
The internet has known it for the longest time, longer than Martha has known Snoop Dogg even: Martha Stewart matters.

As such when some days ago the news broke that overall New Jersey and Maine celebrity, and brand, Martha Stewart would collaborate with Cannadian cannabis megalith Canopy Growth to create a line of CBD products, even the most tone-deaf media outlets woke up and listened.
Of course, Martha is no stranger to cannabis and is indeed close friends with everyone’s beloved pothead, Snoop, and even has admitted that she has previously smoked herself.
Snoop visits the Martha Farm
Canopy and Martha are partnering up in order to create a CBD product line geared both at humans and also pets. Everyone who follows Martha, knows she loves her animals, her farm, and regularly blogs about both.
“I am delighted to establish this partnership with Canopy Growth and share with them the knowledge I have gained after years of experience in the subject of living. I’m especially looking forward to our first collaboration together, which will offer sensible products for people’s beloved pets.”
Canopy did not make the slightest attempt at disguising its
glee joy for having brought a popular brand to its stable.
“As soon as you hear the name Martha , you know exactly who we’re talking about,” Linton said. “Martha is one of a kind and I am so excited to be able to work alongside this icon to sharpen our CBD product offerings across categories from human to animal.”
— Bruce Liston, Canopy Growth Chairman and co-CEO
Linton is clearly showing his family growing skills as bringing Martha into the Canopy stable — yes, we are doing our hardest best to resist any horse puns — reunites the beloved canna-family since Snoop was brought in the fold already in 2016 for Tweed.
We wonder if this will lead to Martha embracing Snoop’s cookies, rather than forcing him to drink as the rapper has previously confessed on Jimmy Kimmel was the more custom way of things on Martha’s show.
We can’t wait for those Martha-Snoop Tweed cookies. And, I bet, neither can Cannadians, although they may still have some edibles issues to solve first in some states.
Until then, CBD products by Martha, for humans and animals coming your way soon via any possible marketing outlet you may accidentally partake in or use.
We do not expect any “Everything you need to know about starting growing cannabis” articles on Martha’s site in the near future though.
(*) In case you are wondering, we do not follow Martha, but contrarily to popular believe we actually do some homework about the topics we write about. ;)
