The heat of the sun falling directly on each leaf must have been unbearable for the girls! They got burned leaves and dried-off.. I can´t really tell how these autoflowering strains tick so I set up a sun umbrella to protect them. It´s the afternoon sun that is so intense that changed my outlook and I decided to move them to the area vis a vis from where they were before.
Of course, during the transfer process, I was enjoying my last 4 Haze that got me more active.
They used to grow side by side with my containered cherry tomatoes, lettuces, strawberries, bell peppers, onions and other veggies...
Before moving them, I did some defoliation on the three clones because they are really growing immensely after the first trimming done a couple of weeks ago-
Now that the weather is good for growing, I think they will recover again and will start new branches as well.
They should be better-off in the new place since they do not get direct sun anymore but still feel the heat as well as light enough to help them grow. So, the sun umbrella is now obsolete. I am happy where they are now.
