Sharing Some Fudgy Goodness

A couple of weeks ago, I was mindlessly watching the Food Network channel and saw one of their chefs making some homemade fudge; and I have to admit... it sounded so good and decadent.

While I am not too much of a sweet-eater this recipe was calling out to me. So I invaded my pantry and started working on making my own fudge but with my cannabis addition as the featured ingredient.


  • 1 1/2-cups sugar
  • 2/3-cups (about 6 oz) evaporated milk
  • 2-cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 1/2-cups milk chocolate chips
  • 1-teaspoon vanilla
  • 2-tablespoons butter (I used some of my canna-butter)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • (optional) chopped nuts

Line a 9x13 cooking/casserole pan with aluminum foil or parchment paper. (I used two smaller pans as my 9x13 had baked ziti in it)
Combine sugar, milk, butter and salt in saucepan and bring slowly to a rolling boil. Stir for 4-5 minutes at this boil.
Remove from heat.


Measured up 8-grams of trim and shake. I put it through my little food processor to grind it up quick.

Added the marshmallows, chocolate chips and cannabis and stirred in the saucepan until every last chip and marshmallow was incorporated. Then I added in the vanilla.

Pour fudge into prepared pan(s) and let chill in the refrigerator for a minimum of two hours. Then cut into pieces.
