Ingredients to make marijuana ice cream:
2-An egg yolk
4-A little more than a cup of whole milk.
5-A quarter cup of sugar.
7-Five to ten grams of chopped marijuana (with the help of a grinder).
8-Pour the milk, marijuana, vanilla and mint into a saucepan.
9-Keep the saucepan over low heat, making sure that the mixture does not boil.
10-Add the sugar to the mixture.
11-Cover the saucepan, to enhance the mixture of the flavors of the different ingredients.
12-Remove the mixture from the fire and holding it in the fridge for about 24 hours.
After the 24 hours of rest of the mixture:
-Beat the egg and add sugar, until you get a white mixture.
-The mixture of egg and sugar and oats is in the mix.
-Put the mixture in a saucepan and a slow fire.
- If the mixture boils, you will have to start over again the whole process.
Stir the mixture with the eggs until you see that the mixture is consistent and stuck to the spoon with which you are stirring.
Remove the saucepan from the heat and let the mixture rest at room temperature.
Put the mixture, once cold in a pot and put it in the freezer. After about twelve hours they will be ready to be consumed.
